RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Due to all items being handmade, we do not accept refunds. However, if an item is damaged during delivery, we will have the item shipped back to us, repaired or replaced, then returned back to the customer at no cost to the customer.  The only time we offer a refund is if a defective item can not be repaired or replaced OR if an order is lost during shipping. WE DO NOT ALLOW REFUNDS OF ANY KIND ON ANY FRESH FLORAL DESIGN WORK. ALL FRESH FLORAL DESIGN WORK IS FINAL SALE. 

TURNAROUND TIME:

All items are handmade in shop and have a 1-3 business day TAT. All items are RTS/ready to ship. 

SHIPPING TIME:

We strive to have orders delivered in a timely manner.  We offer multiple shipping options and provide all customers tracking numbers for their orders.  We also insure all packages.  We are not responsible for delays with postal service.
